Today, I wanted to share this kitchen silverware chandelier with you today! My mom has two great chandeliers in her kitchen and she also has my great grandmother old silverware. She wanted to come up with a way to put some of the silverware on display and so she had the spoons added to her two chandeliers. This made the chandeliers over the top and gave me an idea to share with you this DIY. Check it out!
How to Make a Silverware Chandelier
- Drill the spoons
A hole was drilled on the handle of the spoon and also on different parts/corners of the chandelier.
- Wire the spoons
The next step is to wire on the spoons to the chandelier.
- Sit back and admire the beauty
Once the spoons are all wired on you will no longer have an ordinary chandelier. It will be unique and customized to you and your family!

Now these chandeliers don’t just look like they were bought at a store and hung up. These chandeliers have meaning. It was the perfect way to jazz up her chandeliers. And to show off my great grandmothers silverware.

What do you think about the new chandeliers? These are so special and make the perfect gift to family members!
What a wonderful idea, not only is it beautiful but so is the meaning behind it!! Thanks for sharing.
