Paint selections-$750 per space or exterior
Flooring selection-$750 per space
Lighting selections -$500 per space
Room Styling $850 per space

Full bedroom design- $1800
- 1-2 pieces of furniture

Living room design $1600
- Paint color

- Coffee table or side table styling(plant, decor etc.)

- 1-2 pieces of furniture
Kitchen design $3500

Kitchen styling $850
- Accessorized 2-3 areas in kitchen (island, open shelves countertops)

Bathroom remodel $2500
- Tile for tub or shower
- Plumbing fixtures and drains
- Flooring
- Vanity
- Wall coverings (wallpaper, paint, tile, wood trim, or artwork)
- Accessories (over the toilet shelving, trash can, towels, toilet paper holder, shower curtain, bath mats etc.
Outdoor space- $500 per area
- pool area, dining area, patio etc
These design rates include a mood board with 1 revision, if more revisions are made there could be additional fee. After mood board is completed. Then links for the space or selections will be sent.
50% of the fee is due to book then the other 50% is due after completing the scope of work
Install fees are due the day of install
In-person Install rate is $200 an hour
- Install for a space is normally 1-2 hours unless assembly of furniture is required
In-person shopping is $250 an hour
In-person consultations $500
- if you have me design space after consultation this fee will go towards the design fee
Zoom/Video Call consultation is $250 per hour
50% of the scope fee is due to begin design process then the other 50% is due after completing the scope of work.
Install fees and shopping fees are separate and due the day of
For Consultations 50% is due to book
Final 50% is due day of consultation
