Article Furniture | Does It Actually Hold Up?
In the last year, I have really been enjoying working with interior design clients again. It’s something I’ve been doing slowly, when I have time between focusing on my family and running this business! Working with clients fills my creative cup when I’m not working on my own home!
Budget is always the first thing that comes up with anyone I work with – and for good reason! No matter where my client falls on the budget spectrum, I can almost always guarantee at lease one of my recommended pieces will be from Article.
Article is an online furniture store that has an amazing selection of modern, Scandinavian inspired furniture that has become increasingly popular over the last several years. They are not just the creators of beautiful pieces, but they were direct with manufacturers to cut out the middle man. This results in better prices for their customers! Article Furniture: How I’ve Styled It In My Home
Our Family Room
One of my first experiences with Article was this amazing leather sofa called the Sven in the color Charme Tan. I was in love with this setup at the time. The warmth from the leather sofa brought so much needed balance to the space. I wills say, leather furniture wasn’t the best choice when I had small children. I did have some wear and tear on this sofa, but I think that was more of a reflection of my family than of the sofa! I would opt for something else if you’re in a similar boat. Otherwise, this room has my heart!

My Dining Room
Our dining room chairs from Article were so great! We had them for years and they held up very well. They were black suede with a gold legs! I did switch them out after I had them for about three years. I was ready for something new, but man, they are so modern and fun! Article no longer carries these exact chairs, but there are so many other great options to choose from.

This is a more recent view of our family room featuring the Sven sectional. This sofa is cozy and inviting, which is exactly what I was looking for in a family room sofa. The dark colors hides any inevitable mess from my kids. We are big fans!
Scarlett’s Living Room
Oh my goodness, the pink sofa is just everything! Will I ever get over this amazing setup from Article? Both sofas and the marble coffee table are from Article. One of the reasons I love Article so much is because their pieces style together so nicely – and this is the perfect example! In this photo we have the Sven sectional in a gorgeous grey color and the Mirage sofa in blush which is unfortunately not carried anymore!

Behind the pink sofa is more pink in the dining room! The dining table and the chairs are both from Article. This exact table is no longer available from Article, but the dining chairs are an Article staple! The Svelti dining chairs are extremely durable and easy to wipe down.

My honest opinion is YES! I am such a fan of this brand in my home and on behalf of my clients. I have searched high and low and can honestly say that there are so many reasons that make Article one of the best furniture companies out there.
