Chocolate Toasted Coconut Popsicle
With summer time right around the corner one of my families favorite things to do in the summer time is to enjoy some yummy popsicle. Here in Arizona it gets really hot and a nice frozen treat always helps to endure the heat. We like to try all different kinds of popsicle and the easier the better for me. This Recipe is very easy!
One of the best ways to keep the popsicle really easy is to start with a really good base. Meaning use something that already taste really good. To make these popsicle I started with 2 cups of Silk Nutchello Toasted Coconut + Cashews. The Silk Nutchello taste really good-by itself already so it was easy to make a yummy popsicle using it.
Then I added in 1 cup of greek yogurt and half of a cup of milk chocolate chips. Mixed it up in the blender until it was smooth. How easy is that!?!
I prepared the toasted coconut by putting about 1/2 cup of coconut in a little frying fan and toasting it on the stove for about 3 or 4 minutes.
To prepare the molds for the popsicle I lightly sprayed the molds with cooking spray, then I added in some of the toasted coconut that I prepared.
Then poured my popsicle mix into the molds and put it into the freezer for about 4 hours or until it was fully frozen.
Then to add a little more fun to the popsicle I used some magic shell topping by drizzling it on the top using the magic shell and then added a little bit more of the toasted coconut. My kids LOVE these!!! The Silk Nutchello has so much favor and it is just so yummy. These are popsicle that we will for sure be making over the next few summer months. Be sure to check out the Silk Nutchello line, it has some very yummy favors. You can find the favors and $0.75 coupon HERE.
