Gold Glam Gallery Wall
For a few months, I’ve had my gallery wall done but I wanted more of the room done to show you how it all comes together. I have struggled tons when trying to design what to do on my walls in my living room. I’ve painted and repainted, hung numerous pieces above the sofas, had shelves at one point… I just struggled. I decided I love a good gallery wall. Who doesn’t? I also LOVE gold with a little touch of glam so that’s exactly what I came up with. I wanted to incorporate some fun art, family photos, and a couple personal touches to make it totally unique and custom.
I painted this wooden board Canton Jade by Behr and applied this vinyl decal I designed on it. It’s one of my favorite pieces because I love seeing our name up there and the reminder that our family is forever.
The chalkboard is super fun because I can change it out whenever. I chalked up this one for Valentine’s day. You can get a free printable version here.
The gold silhouettes are another favorite. I have me and my husband up for now but I will add the boys’ back up as soon as I get around to painting baby Tanner’s silhouette. I did these before he was born.
I can’t remember where I got this print but I love it! You can find similar prints on my friend’s shop, Yellow Bungalow Shop here. She is crazy talented.
This is a framed photo of a picture I took of the Mesa, Arizona temple where our family was sealed together for eternity. You can read more about that here.
I also spray painted this ampersand and to match the lamps then framed it. My friend cut it out for me out of some thin particle board. So simple and so cute!
Savannah convinced me to extend the gallery wall all the way over to to this little corner and I think it’s so cool looking!
All of the frames were either ones I’ve had for years, thrifted, or found at yard sales. Some were spray painted gold but most were already gold. The only one I purchased from a “real” store was the long narrow mirror from Hobby Lobby and I used a 40% off coupon. The map was a clearance find from Target. It was only $12! You can make your own gallery wall by collecting and making things that are important to you and creating a big, giant collage! It’s really fun and so unique to you and your family.
In case you’re wondering, the rug is from Target. I have one more little chair project to finish and I’ll do the full room reveal! In the meantime, check out my other projects in this room.

Stunning! Thanks for sharing the gold loveliness with us!
super glam love how this looks great job
Soooo… I have to know the name of the floral fabric on your pillows. So cute! And matches my color scheme!! 🙂
This is gorgeous! For awhile I was totally against gold – if I did find a great yard sale piece in gold, I immediately painted it a different color. But over the last year, I have finally come to appreciate the warmth some good gold and brass can add to a room. Your gallery wall is a perfect example of that – so glam without being stuffy.
Where did you get your chevron area rug?
