FIRST of all, wheeeere have we been? I know. We have been MIA as of late. Both of us have had CRAZY schedules and decided to take a little time to recoup and readjust to life. Welp, as of today, I feel a little readjusted. I am barely keeping my head above water with my etsy shop and my kids and I had the flu yesterday. Boo!!! Seriously, not cool. Moms shouldn’t be allowed to get sick. Excuses, excuses. But really, I’m so happy to be posting today! Thanks for being awesome readers. We really do love you!
Today, I’m sharing a little bit of my Christmas decor! YAY! I am so excited for Christmas. I love the holiday season. There’s just something so magical about it.
You may recognize this sign I painted last year. I love it as much as I did last year.
This guy is my kids’ favorite. They thought it was hilarious to have the ornaments hanging from his antlers. haha! Silly boys. We did have a red glittery nose on him but it fell off. Whoops!
On to my favorite little nook in the house. 😉
On my little side table is this cutie pie reindeer and some DIY cone trees I made! I am making 30+ of these for our ward Christmas party but I had to make some for myself obviously. For the tall white one, I rolled a poster board into a cone and used school glue and “fake snow” in a bag to make it all snowy! Cute huh? The other cone tree was painted with craft paint and I used school glue to draw the design and sprinkled on some glitter. I love how it turned out. I did a few of these in different metallics.
Can you tell I love gold glitter? 😉
You may remember my DIY Wintery Pearl Wreath from last year. I love the simple white and cream.
These little guys came from Michaels. They remind me of my grandma’s house at Christmas time so I had to have them. Can’t beat Michael’s black friday prices! They were a steal.
More Christmas cones! The beaded one is from Michaels too.
My glittered JOY letters were a hit last year so they’re back of course! Remember when I used them for our Christmas card last year?
I will show you my glitzy Christmas tree and some more Christmas fun real soon!
