Halloween Sign!

I have been itching to get some Halloween decor in my house… even though I promised hubby I wouldn’t put anything up until Oct. 1. (Why did I agree to that??? What was I THINKING!??) He thinks its “too soon blah blah blah” something like that… to put Halloween stuff up! I totally disagree but whateve. I guess we have to compromise once in a while. ANYWAY, I decided that I wanted to get all my decor ready for the big Halloween decorating day!

Sooo… I took an old drawer front I had and spray painted it black. Then I used my Silhouette to make the vinyl image. I love how it turned out and it totally represents my family! Is that weird? Oh well….

The Wicked Witch and her Little Monsters live here!
(Do you like that orange border on the image?? I got this {and tons of other digital goodies} at House of 3)
I really liked how it turned out

I thought it needed a little something else… enter RHINESTONES! Rhinestones ALWAYS make things cuter!
It was SUPER hard to get a good picture of it to show the awesomeness of the rhinestones, especially at night with no natural light… you get the idea. It looks A-MA-ZING in person! I heart the BLING!

Do you like how it turned out?

I’m very happy with it and I had everything on hand! Who has a zillion bright orange rhinestones “on hand”?

I love it! Of course rhinestones make everything cuter. And you’re not alone with the “not before October” hubby. Although he can’t do anything about the stuff I’ve made in preparation for October 1 that’s sitting on my dining room table waiting to go up!

Oh I agree, it’s definately never too early for holiday decor! When you put it up early you look ambitious and on top of things. But I find when I am too sentimental to put it away AFTER the holiday then I appear lazy and slothful. So definately early is the way to go! 🙂 I love the sign btw. The rhinestones make a fabulous difference!
