DIY Balloon and Floral Garland – Michaels Makers Challenge

This DIY Balloon and Floral Garland is one of my favorite party decorations. Spring is one of my favorite time of year. Not only is the weather perfect in Arizona but all the florals everywhere just make me so happy. Michaels has a new Floral Market that has over 500 new blooms and freshly picked projects make this the prettiest spring ever. Adding a few new floral can transform your home make it feel fresh and adds so much color.

We are super excited to share with you what we did with some of the new florals from Michaels and our go to party decor. It’s really easy to do and makes a really big impact. We created this balloon garland that was inspired by Brittney from The house that lars built. Brittney had done a balloon garland and added the florals and we were totally in love and since then we have done it may times.

We did this balloon garland for a Valentine’s Day party that I was having and it fit in perfectly. We used these florals and different shades of balloons to create the garland.

I’m going to be making my own balloon garland next week, but was wondering if you thought I would be able to make it the day before my event? I want to at least blow the balloons up the day before, but I’m scared to take the chance of them deflating some and looking bad the day I need them!
