You guys! I am super excited to share this review and giveaway with you today. Â First, I wanna show you what I’ve been up to in the Craft Studio. I showed your the industrial shelves turned into glamorous pink craft shelving. I have done a few more things in the room but there is still lots to be done. I have built the crafting island that is ginormous (4×6 ft) Â and has a ton of storage. I will show you the tutorial really soon!
I also made this super easy, super cute diamond sign. I just painted a board black and stuck on a decal I made with my Silhouette. You can purchase the decal in my Etsy shop if you want one. Â Did you know that I sell vinyl??
So, when I was contacted my Mohawk Home to try one of their amazing rugs, I jumped at the chance! Mohawk Home has super high quality rugs and a ton of cute ones to choose from.  I knew exactly what I needed. I chose the black herringbone rug for beneath my craft island.  It shipped really quickly and looks beautiful. The rug is really soft but definitely durable.
I like it a lot because it definitely softens the look of the grey concrete floors. My craft studio is in my unfinished basement and I’ve really had to think outside the box to make it an inviting space. The rug couldn’t have been more perfect for that! It’s also super comfy to stand on when I’m crafting barefoot or in my slippers, which is 99% of the time. Oh, did you catch a peek of my vinyl triangle wall?
I am ob-sessed with the black and white against my gold chair!
The craft studio is really coming along, although I still have a ton to do down there. I am so excited that the rug turned out to be absolutely perfect for this space. I love that it adds a little sophistication with all of the hot pink and gold glitz going on. #ilovemymohawkrug
Wait, what? You want a new rug? Okay, okay, let’s get you one! One lucky reader will win the Mohawk rug of their choice up to 5x8ft and up to $150! How amazing is that!? Enter using the widget below. Giveaway will end on 2/25/2014.

December 21, 2014 at 11:31 pmHi Deanna!
No, I run a space heater when I’m working and it doesn’t get colder than about 50 degrees at its lowest so everything has been fine. Thanks!
