Welcome to…Sophie and Tate’s living room! The floor was taped off for paint but underneath is carpet.

Tell us about the paint color!

Because this is a smaller space, we wanted to get a lighter paint color that would help the room feel airy and bright.

Sophie LOVES to host and have her nieces and nephews over so we wanted to pick something that was durable and resistant to wear as well.

A light paint that is also scuff resistant? That’s a tough combo.

To get scuff resistant paint, I would typically recommend going for a shinier paint sheen. The problem is that we are looking for the modern look of a more matte paint.
