Back to School Ideas

If you haven’t noticed yet, we’ve had a bunch of back to school ideas for you this year! Reason being, Savannah and I both have our oldest kiddos starting Kindergarten and our 2nd oldest kids in Preschool! It’s SO bittersweet for me because my 5 year old gets bored easily at home and is ready to be challenged a bit. We definitely run out of things to do that can entertain both my 5 year old and my 1 year old. I mean, you can only go to the park so many times and play legos for so many hours! 😉 They’re great at entertaining each other most of the time but like I said, we’re all ready for some structure and routine. I’ve rounded up a ton of fun Back to School ideas for you today! Everything from lunch ideas to First Day of School printables to Teacher’s gifts and more! Hope you enjoy them and can put most or all of them to great use!

Teacher’s Survival Kit Gift Idea – this is awesome to give your child’s teacher on the first day!

Here’s another super cute gift idea for teachers! This DIY School Jar is definitely going to impress your kid’s new teacher!

I LOVE this DIY insulated lunch box for the kid’s to take to school. My son would love this fabric choice too!

First Day of School Printable Signs – Click here to go to the downloads for each grade.

These felt pencil bookmarks are so darling and super easy to make!

School Lunch Food Printable for the fridge – These keeps lunch items off limits for other meals!

These healthy school lunch ideas will help eliminate the stress of packing lunches in the morning.

School Clothes Labels – I LOVE to lay out my kids’ clothes for the next day and this is a dream come true for my over organized, OCD tendencies. *winks*

These After School Snack ideas are good enough for parents and kiddos! Yummy!

School Money Printable – Sending money with kiddos can be nerve wrecking and probably not the best idea to hand your youngin’ a wad of cash. I love this idea so there’s no mistake where the money needs to go when they get to school.

Don’t head to the store without these Back to School Checklists for each age level. These are the basics and essentials for each age.

My kid’s will LOVE these Silly Stories to fill out. Like MadLibs! So cute and fun!

So do your kiddos start school soon? Already started? Mine don’t start until September!

Love that sign for the school food! I hate it when the stuff for lunches get gobbled up during snack time!
