Kid Friendly Apple Cookies

Hi Friends!  It’s Katie from Made to be a Momma here again to share a delicious and kid friendly recipe!  One of my boys favorite fruits to snack on are apples.  These apple “cookies” are very similar to my Peanut Butter Apple Nachos but a bit more kid friendly.  One of my personal favorite toppings to pair with apples is Nutella and my kids love it just as much as me.   All you need to do is slice your apples and use a small cookie cutter to cut out the hard center.

Spread Nutella or even peanut butter on top.

I love to add coconut flakes to the Nutella covered apples and either mini chocolate chips and almonds or sprinkles to the peanut butter covered apples.

I love these snacks because you can add whatever favorite toppings to the apples that you want and they are just perfect for little fingers but tasty enough for adults too 🙂
