    I have tried A LOT of pancake recipes in my years of cooking buttermilk and otherwise and this BY FAR is my favorite! It is fluffy and moist which is what I look for! YUMMY!

    I made them with buttermilk instead of milk and added 1t vanilla. I think I could have gone with 2t baking powder (because of the buttermilk), so I’ll try that next time. Great recipe, thank you!

    Perfect. I add a tiny bit of milk to the batter sometimes to thin it out a bit, and they still turn out great. Thanks 🙂
