Best Fajitas Ever
1 bottle Paul Newman’s Italian dressing
1 small bottle of Pace medium thick and chunky salsa
juice of a lemon
fajita veggies
fajita meat, either chicken or steak
Grill chicken or steak, cut into strips. Slice red, green, and yellow bell peppers and onion. Put veggies and meat into a ziploc then add the marinade mixture, let marinade overnight or at least an hour. Just before serving, put in skillet; saute veggies and heat meat. Roll into small tortillas top with cheese and sour cream.

(my hubby is very picky, he likes his veggies crispy so I marinade his meat but I leave his veggies in a different bag then when I heat the meat I add some of the juice and add the plain veggies, I don’t like his way but I want him to be happy!)

have you tried it marinating the meat uncooked, or does it really work better if you cook the meat before marinating? Just curious – they look delicious!
