The BEST Fajitas Ever!!!

My mom has the MOST AMAZING Fajita recipe! It’s so easy too…. here is the recipe!

Best Fajitas Ever
1 bottle Paul Newman’s Italian dressing
1 small bottle of Pace medium thick and chunky salsa
juice of a lemon
fajita veggies
fajita meat, either chicken or steak
Grill chicken or steak, cut into strips. Slice red, green, and yellow bell peppers and onion. Put veggies and meat into a ziploc then add the marinade mixture, let marinade overnight or at least an hour. Just before serving, put in skillet; saute veggies and heat meat. Roll into small tortillas top with cheese and sour cream.
Enjoy!
I LOVE that Frys has these pre packaged Fajita veggies and meat!

Grill chicken or steak, cut into strips.

Put veggies and meat into a ziploc then add the marinade mixture.
Let marinade overnight or at least an hour.

Just before serving, put in skillet; saute veggies and heat meat.
(my hubby is very picky, he likes his veggies crispy so I marinade his meat but I leave his veggies in a different bag then when I heat the meat I add some of the juice and add the plain veggies, I don’t like his way but I want him to be happy!)

Roll into small tortillas top with cheese and sour cream.
You know you want to! 🙂
This is one of my favorite meals!  I would love to know what you think!

Let's be besties!

have you tried it marinating the meat uncooked, or does it really work better if you cook the meat before marinating? Just curious – they look delicious!
