Recipe Scrapbook!
As you have probably already noticed… I am LOVING my Silhouette! Even more so because they came out with the software for Mac users today! YAHOO!!!!
They are also having a sale for 15% everything through the end of September! Double YAHOO!!!
I heart my Macbook! It’s white with a hot pink keyboard! Gotta LOVE that!
Anywho… I snatched up this black scrapbook from Michaels on clearance for $5 and I knew it would make the perfect recipe book. I tend to gather recipes from online (especially my friend Jenny’s cooking blog *Envy my Cooking*), friends, family, etc. and I love scrapbooking so…. I decided this was a necessity for the kitchen!
Isn’t she a cutie pie!!?
please ignore my super high quality, beautiful, fancy pants cabinets in my apartment… they could be a heck of a lot worse I suppose. 🙂
I made the image on my Silhouette Studio software and cut it out in white vinyl!
Super easy & super cutie!
This was an easy/quick little project but I figured it was post-worthy because I really liked the idea of a recipe scrapbook! Once I get some of the recipes all prettied up in scrapbook paper I will show you a few pages! I’ll get around to it sooner than later! 🙂
Do you like it?
It looks super cute in my ever-evolving black and white kitchen!
I love having recipe books on display. It makes it more fun to use 🙂
This is a great idea! I have been looking for an idea to gift to my future sister-on-law with all of our family recipes in it, and I love this idea! Thanks for sharing!
It looks great! I love the black and white! Saw your link up at Tatertots and Jello!
I sooo need this! I have all of me recipes written down in a scrappy old notebook, lol. Time to get a bit more organized!
LOVE this idea
Hi, Mallory! I love this scrapbook idea! I’d love to see how you did some of your inside recipe pages! I love to collect recipes, too!
Thanks!
